General: The deadline for registering for the reunion (with your payment of $275 per person) is 1 August, 2010.  If registering after the deadline, there is no guarantee that you will receive a favors packet and a DVD of ‘60 photos. Since registrations arriving late will complicate planning by the Reunion Committee (such as providing person counts commitments to vendors, ordering reunion materials, seating and table arrangements etc.) you are urged to register as soon as possible, but not later than 1 August, 2010.

The registration fee is set at a single fixed price per person for all events taking place on Friday and Saturday, October 15-16. No partial weekend or single event pricing is being offered. Experience has shown that almost all classmates attend these events, and a fixed price ensures that we are able to cover all of our non event specific costs, such as bus transportation, printing, badges, memorabilia, etc. It also allows us to issue a single badge that can be used for entrance to all events.

Costs for Golf and Company parties on Thursday are handled separately.

A list of registrants will be provided periodically to Company Representatives. They will keep you updated on which of your company mates are planning to attend. It is important to fill out the registration form completely so the Reunion Committee can maintain an accurate database.

No refunds will be made after 1 August, 2010, as guarantees to caterers will have been confirmed.

Registration may be accomplished either on-line or by regular mail.


To Register Online (Preferred Option):

From the USNA home page (www.usna.com) do the following:

1.   Under "Online Community", Type in your Username and then your Password.  Click “Sign In". (If you do not have and/or have forgotten your Username and/or Password, click on "New User Sign Up" or "Help Signing In" links. The database is undated overnight, so you may have to wait 24 hours after first signing up for a Username, before you can use Online Registration.)

.   A page will open that says, “Welcome Back (your first name)”.

3. Click on the link "Class of 1960 Reunion" under "Events" in the blue area on the right.

4.  Complete the 3-step registration form, indicating the number of attendees, the hotel you will be staying at and your dinner choice.

5. Submit the form electronically by clicking on “Complete Registration”.

Note: You must pay with a credit card if you register electronically. You will receive an electronic receipt of your electronic registration.

To Register by Mail:

1. Fill out the enclosed form and mail as directed below.

2. You may pay by either check or credit card. If by check, make check payable to:  USNA AA Class of 1960

3. Be sure to include your email address (if you have one) on the registration form, which will facilitate communications from the Reunion Committee if needed.
